Working  since 1993 in Human Resources Management and Governance, covering different organizational roles with a special focus on the Compensation and Employee Development processes.


Designed, implemented and managed  remuneration systems for both large multinationals,  small and medium Italian firms and banking institutions,  implementing personalized solutions in line with the business and human resource strategy.


Capable of  understanding  the overall business vision and its consequences on the HR management processes,  strong project management approach, capable of handling  the relationship with the customer (internal and external)  at all managerial levels  with full ownership and autonomy.  Pro-active, analytical and detailed oriented, conscientious, diplomatic, flexible, team coordinator or team member, capable of  working  on various projects and activities simultaneously and under pressure, always careful to the quality of work.


Used to traveling, I like  to work in complex, international, matrix organizations and in multi-cultural environments. Fluent in French and excellent knowledge of English. Italian mother tongue.
